Data Sheet Library Every grease SKU on our platform links to a downloadable PDF containing NLGI grade, dropping point, viscosity at 40°C and 100°C, four-ball wear test results, and the additive package summary. Returns and Swaps Ordered the wrong viscosity or base oil type? Unopened pails can be returned for a full refund or swapped for a different SKU within fourteen days of delivery, provided the tamper seal remains intact.
